Bill Renick brought twenty years of general management experience in the packaging industry to Xten when he joined Mr. Davidson in its 2000 purchase. Mr. Renick began his career as an accountant. In 1980, he joined the Hexacomb Corporation as Corporate Controller.
In 1985, Mr. Renick was promoted to Vice President of Finance of Hexacomb. In 1992, after serving as the General Manager of Hexacomb’s Santa Fe Springs, California plant, Mr. Renick became Hexacomb’s Vice President of Operations. He had full responsibilities for manufacturing, engineering, procurement, strategic planning and marketing.
In 1998, after the sale of Hexacomb to Tenneco Packaging (now "Pactiv Corporation"), Mr. Renick became Pactiv’s North American Protective Packaging Division’s Vice President of Manufacturing. As Vice President of Manufacturing, Mr. Renick directed all manufacturing in twenty-six facilities throughout North America with responsibility for 1,800 employees.
Mr. Renick has a BA in Accounting and Marketing from Mercer University and an MBA from Governors State University.
