At Xten, we use ISO as a continuous improvement tool that ensures products and services meet our customers’ requirements. Every job we run, large or small, is controlled using our system. We track every component, verify every process and generates real-time feedback to operators and managers. It helps us produce molded parts within defined tolerances and assemble these with purchased components into products meeting pre-defined customer specifications. It directs the application of required packaging so those products arrive damage free and on time at specified locations throughout the world.

The products and services defined by our Quality System are not limited to external customers, but also to all of us working at Xten. The ISO standard is utilized as our business system that drives an initial project concept through the phases of engineering, contract review, quality planning, purchasing, receiving, training, production, quality verification and shipping. Each phase is improved by operators and managers who review and analyze data consisting of internal audits, external ISO audits, nonconforming product data, customer suggested opportunities for improvement, and customer satisfaction data.

c)      Implementing and maintaining a Quality Improvement Process through preventive action, internal audits and management reviews;

d)      Implementing and maintaining the Quality Systems described in Xten’s Quality Manual and the supporting Quality System Procedures; setting appropriate Quality Policies and Objectives;
